At our 20 year old house, there was no UTP cabling and is almost impossible to install it., Quite a pitty. Solution was wireless and broadband over power line, with Netgear Powerline AV500.But with COAX for TV in almost every room, installed MoCA adapters. And now very good and stable Internet connectivity.
Should have done this way earlier!
